Content Pod

More video output, without another full-time hire

10th Street embeds senior video and motion capacity into your marketing workflow, so briefs keep moving even when your internal team is full.

Based in South Africa, built for UK and Ireland working hours: English-speaking collaboration, overlapping days, and production economics that make retained content realistic.

Your campaign calendar needs more moving parts than your team has hands for

Most marketing teams do not lack ideas. They lack the time to cut, grade, reversion, caption, and ship the work once leadership asks for more video.

Add capacity without rebuilding your supplier list. A Content Pod gives you a fixed slice of senior creative time each month. You agree the hours; we plug into your tools and production rhythm.

  • Queue-based production so work is not dependent on whoever is free this week
  • Platform-ready edits, captions, motion, and masters for the channels you publish on
  • Room to flex edit-heavy months against motion-heavy months on Duo and Trio

This is not a one-off hero film. It is the work that fills the calendar: paid social cutdowns, employer brand clips, explainers, event reels, product snippets, and the small fixes that usually slip.

Packages and numbers on this page match the current sales playbook. If your backlog is unusually complex, your rep will confirm the fit before you commit.

A production loop, not a freelancer scramble

Briefs move through a managed queue, into an embedded pod, through review, and back out as platform-ready assets.

Embedded production loop

Your marketing plan stays in charge. The pod gives it the production muscle to keep moving.

Capacity scales by operating model

Choose the pod around how many workstreams you need running at once.

Solo
Duo
Trio

Illustrative only: actual asset count depends on complexity, formats, approvals, and revision depth.

Which pod matches your team?

Start from how the work moves: one queue, multiple stakeholders, or parallel workstreams.

Solo

Embedded Creator

For teams that already own strategy, approvals, and intake. You need a senior pair of hands and one clear production queue.

Duo

Two Creators

For teams under real volume pressure. Two multi-skilled creatives shift between edit-heavy and motion-heavy work, with coordination built in.

Trio

Three Resources

For brands and agencies that need continuous motion, parallel jobs, and a pod that can flex its skill mix month to month.

Terms that make retained production workable

Clear enough for procurement, flexible enough for real campaign calendars.

Commercial terms

Minimum term: 3 months
Rollover: Up to 10% unused hours (30 days)
Overage: 1.25× rate
Rush work: 1.5× rate
12-month commitment: Reduced rate available

The practical case for an embedded pod

The advantage is not just price. It is senior craft, normal working hours, and a team used to long-term client relationships.

Budget stretches further

Northern European budgets buy a larger slice of senior craft when production sits in South Africa. Same quality bar; different cost base.

Overlap, not midnight calls

South Africa shares workable hours with Ireland and the UK, so reviews and handoffs land in normal working windows.

Modern workflow, not novelty

AI-assisted tooling helps with concepting and repeatable production tasks, leaving more hours for judgement-heavy editing and motion.

Relationships compound

The majority of 10th Street's work comes from repeat clients and referrals. Pods are built for ongoing output, not one campaign and goodbye.

Broad sector muscle memory

12+ years across sports, health, fintech, banking, betting, government, and travel - useful when brand governance is tight and approvals matter.

Questions procurement and marketing ask

Short answers for the first pass. Your rep can go deeper on scope, files, review rhythms, and approval paths.

What does “embedded” mean in practice?
The pod works inside your production rhythm rather than waiting for isolated project briefs. Requests, feedback, and file delivery move through an agreed queue each month.
Why is there a three-month minimum?
Onboarding, brand calibration, and tool access take real time. Three months gives both teams enough runway to judge throughput fairly.
How do unused hours work?
Up to 10% of unused hours can roll forward for 30 days. This gives you some room for quieter weeks while keeping the monthly production plan clear.
What happens if we exceed the hours?
Overage bills at 1.25× the effective monthly rate. Rush delivery, when agreed in advance, is 1.5×. Your rep should flag likely overage before work moves past the monthly allocation.
Can Duo or Trio change balance month to month?
Yes. Edit-heavy versus motion-heavy is a planning conversation at the start of each month on Duo; Trio adds more room for parallel roles and toolkit work.
Is output always “8–45 assets” or similar?
No. Those bands are typical ranges from the playbook. Master edit length, cutdown count, grade complexity, and revision rounds all affect final output. We model a sample month during sales.
Do you offer a discount for a longer commit?
A reduced rate is available on a 12-month commitment. Ask your rep for the current structure.
