Founded in 2010 by Daniel Chilcott and JJ Milner, Flowgear helps organisations connect the systems their business depends on: ERP, CRM, ecommerce, finance, logistics, manufacturing, customer platforms and custom applications.

Teams can use the visual designer to build workflows, connect pre-built nodes, map data, test runs and monitor execution. 4. AI-assisted integration development

Built-in assistant
Inside Flowgear, the assistant can help users create and improve workflows. It can inspect the canvas, discover nodes and templates, request approved connections, propose workflow changes, test the result and explain what changed before the user accepts it.
Builder MCP
Builder MCP lets external development agents work with Flowgear's workflow-building capabilities from tools such as IDEs or desktop AI assistants. Teams can build custom apps and workflows in one flow while the backend integration logic remains in Flowgear.
Workflow MCP
Workflow MCP lets selected published workflows become tools that an assistant can call during a conversation. The assistant gets only the tool surface the business chooses to expose, and Flowgear remains responsible for the workflow, data access and execution path.
