Microsoft Connects the Suite. Your Estate Is Bigger Than the Suite.

Microsoft built good plumbing inside its own product family, and is clear about where that plumbing stops. Its built-in sync patterns cover Finance and Operations and Dataverse. Microsoft's own guidance says not to use them as the general answer for connecting third-party systems. Everything past that boundary is your project to run.

The first non-Microsoft system

Problem

Business Central and CRM sync with each other well. Then you reach the storefront, the warehouse, the bank or the other ERP, and what was configuration becomes a build.

Flowgear

Reach ecommerce, warehouses, banks and other ERPs through one governed platform, with the same review process you already use inside the suite.

Point-to-point debt

Problem

Each new channel gets its own connection, often from a different vendor in a different year. Nobody planned an architecture. You just have six of them now, and no single place to look when one fails.

Flowgear

One layer instead of six connections. One credential model, one audit trail, one place to see what ran and what didn't.

They fail together, and they fail at month-end

Problem

Separate integrations polling the same Dataverse endpoints compete for the same request budget. Microsoft's service protection limits throttle by user, not by integration, so the fourth connector you added is what breaks the first three. It surfaces under load, which means it surfaces at close.

Flowgear

Traffic managed through one governed layer, with every run visible before it hits production and diagnostics that point at the actual failure rather than the symptom.

Every change is a statement of work

Problem

A field name changes or a new channel launches, and it becomes another partner SOW, another queue, another wait.

Flowgear

Your team builds and changes workflows without a custom project for every edit. You hold the credentials, the mappings and the runbook.

What Teams Actually Build on Day One

These aren't templates you're locked into. They're the connections people reach for first.

Business Central to your storefront.

Orders in. Inventory and fulfillment status out. No overnight file, no manual reconciliation.

Banking and payments.

Payment and reconciliation data moving without file drops or a person with a bank portal open.

CRM to ERP handoff.

Won opportunities and account masters land in finance clean, first time.

Warehouse and 3PL.

Stock, dispatch and delivery status flowing between Dynamics and the people who physically hold your goods.

Multi-ERP estates.

Run Dynamics alongside another core when a region or an acquisition came with its own system.

The one that isn't on this list.

Most of what gets built on Flowgear is the connection nobody ships a connector for.

Fair Questions

We already have native Microsoft automation. Why pay for another tool?

Native Microsoft automation is a good place to start and plenty of teams never need more. It gets harder when you're moving volume, when a failure needs to retry rather than disappear, when several flows are competing for the same request budget, and when you need to show an auditor who approved a mapping. Flowgear is built for the connections that have to run every day and be answerable when they don't.

Doesn't Microsoft already handle this?

Inside its boundary, yes, and it works well there. Microsoft is explicit that its built-in sync is for Finance and Operations and Dataverse, and that it isn't the right pattern for connecting third-party systems. Flowgear covers what sits outside that boundary. The two aren't in competition.

We have a Dynamics implementation partner already.

Good. Most of them are glad to hand the integration layer to a platform rather than carry it as custom code they own forever. Flowgear runs an authorized partner program, and your partner may already be in it.

Our estate is mid-market, not enterprise.

Business Central is the most common starting point on this page. You don't need Finance and Operations to have the problem.

See it take shape

Describe the Connection. Watch It Get Built.

Tell the builder what you need connected in plain language. It drafts the workflow through governed MCP tools, never raw credentials, and hands it to you for review. Nothing runs until you say so.

What the 90 Days Gets You

Not a limited demo. The Build plan, free, for 90 days.

01

Full platform access.

Build real production workflows, not sandbox toys.

02

The connector library.

Every connector included. No per-connector fees, ever.

03

Builder MCP.

Let AI agents reach your systems through governed tools, with your team in review.

04

A specialist on the build.

AI assistance plus conversations with someone who has connected Dynamics before. Not a dedicated engineer assigned to the build, and not a support queue.

05

Governance from day one.

Credential vault, mapping approvals, full audit trail.

06

Run observability.

See every execution before it touches production.

07

Whatever you build is yours.

Workflows you create in the trial come with you. Keeping them running after 90 days needs a subscription.

Ninety days is long enough to build something real and see how it behaves at close. That's the point.

Integration Assessment

Not Sure What to Connect First? Start with the Map.

Some teams know exactly which connection is costing them. Others know close takes three days longer than it should and can't point at why. If that's you, we'll map your systems, find where work is falling between them, and show you what a governed integration layer would change. You get a prioritized roadmap in two weeks. What you build from it is up to you.

Book an Integration Assessment
How long until something is actually running?

It depends how fast you build. Scope decides the first working path, not a fixed clock. Teams ship in weeks, not project quarters. Leatt connected NuORDER to SAP in four weeks. Ninety days is long enough to get a real integration into production and see it through a close.

Which Dynamics 365 apps do you support?

Business Central, Finance and Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain Management.

Do we need developers?

No. The builder is visual and AI-assisted. Teams with developers tend to move faster and build more complex flows, but it isn't a prerequisite.

Does this replace Microsoft's native automation?

No. Plenty of customers run both. Native Microsoft automation handles light internal automation; Flowgear handles the connections that carry volume, need retries, and have to be auditable.

What happens after 90 days?

You pick a capacity band. There's no usage meter, no per-step billing and no overage charges. The price you pick is the price you pay.

Is our data safe?

SOC 2 Type II. Single-tenant, dedicated infrastructure. You hold the credentials. Every mapping change is approved by your team and logged.

What if we leave?

Your workflows, credentials and mappings are yours. No consulting lock-in and no proprietary artifacts you can't take with you.
