Active workflows are the unit, with fixed annual pricing and no hidden costs. If you are not sure how many you need, the assessment helps you figure that out before you commit.
All plans billed annually. Fixed price per year, renews annually.
Before you choose a plan, you need to know how many workflows your estate actually requires - and which ones to build first. The Flowgear Integration Maturity and Opportunity Assessment gives you a prioritized roadmap before you commit to a tier.
What the assessment delivers:
Assessment packaging options are available across plans - from add-on engagements for Base and Standard subscribers to included assessments for Professional and Enterprise customers.
Note on plan availability: Plan options may vary by region. Contact sales for regional pricing details.
No plan locks you out of core functionality. Regardless of which tier you choose, every Flowgear subscription includes:
"Cut integration spend by more than 60% after switching to Flowgear. Non-technical staff now manage updates without waiting for a developer."
Didi Mercado / Accounting Director, Safe Life DefenseAn active workflow is the number of workflows running concurrently at a given time. You pay for concurrent capacity, not for the total number of workflows you have built or the volume of records you process. Stored workflows are unlimited on all plans.
A nightly sync runs on a cron schedule. While the post-scheduler steps are executing - processing records, calling your ERP, writing output - the workflow counts as active. Once it finishes, that slot is free for the next job.
A customer places an order on your website. A Flowgear workflow fires, creates the order in your ERP, and completes. If 20 orders arrive simultaneously, you need 20 active workflow slots. If they arrive one at a time, you need 1.
You run 5 workflows simultaneously to process separate data feeds - inventory, orders, customers, pricing, and shipping. You need 5 active workflows. Run them sequentially and 1 is enough.
The table below shows the features that differ most meaningfully between plans. All plans include the full connector library, workflow templates, visual data mapper, multiple environments, and single-tenant infrastructure.

Book a MeetingThe assessment maps your integration estate and identifies how many workflows you need to run concurrently across your priority use cases. This gives you a concrete active-workflow count to match against a plan tier, rather than guessing. It also sequences your roadmap so you start on the right plan and upgrade as your estate grows.

Enterprise is the right choice when you need on-premises or private cloud deployment, custom domain, static IP, VNet peering, custom firewall rules, or a Hot DR availability strategy. It is also the right path for organizations that need custom active-workflow counts beyond 45, custom log retention periods, and custom support hour allocations. Talk to Sales
