Pricing That Starts Where You Are

Active workflows are the unit, with fixed annual pricing and no hidden costs. If you are not sure how many you need, the assessment helps you figure that out before you commit.

All plans billed annually. Fixed price per year, renews annually.

Start with an Assessment

Not Sure Which Plan Fits? Start with an Assessment.

Before you choose a plan, you need to know how many workflows your estate actually requires - and which ones to build first. The Flowgear Integration Maturity and Opportunity Assessment gives you a prioritized roadmap before you commit to a tier.

What the assessment delivers:

  • A clear picture of your current integration estate across departments and systems.
  • A prioritized backlog of automation opportunities ranked by value and effort.
  • ROM estimates to support your scoping and budget conversations.
  • A phased 12 to 18 month roadmap you own.

Assessment packaging options are available across plans - from add-on engagements for Base and Standard subscribers to included assessments for Professional and Enterprise customers.

What Counts as an Active Workflow?

An active workflow is the number of workflows running concurrently at a given time. You pay for concurrent capacity, not for the total number of workflows you have built or the volume of records you process. Stored workflows are unlimited on all plans.

Concurrent Workflow Execution 3 active workflows

Workflow B

Scheduled Job

A nightly sync runs on a cron schedule. While the post-scheduler steps are executing - processing records, calling your ERP, writing output - the workflow counts as active. Once it finishes, that slot is free for the next job.

API or HTTP Trigger

A customer places an order on your website. A Flowgear workflow fires, creates the order in your ERP, and completes. If 20 orders arrive simultaneously, you need 20 active workflow slots. If they arrive one at a time, you need 1.

Parallel Processing

You run 5 workflows simultaneously to process separate data feeds - inventory, orders, customers, pricing, and shipping. You need 5 active workflows. Run them sequentially and 1 is enough.

Common Pricing Questions

How Does the Assessment Help Me Choose a Plan?

The assessment maps your integration estate and identifies how many workflows you need to run concurrently across your priority use cases. This gives you a concrete active-workflow count to match against a plan tier, rather than guessing. It also sequences your roadmap so you start on the right plan and upgrade as your estate grows.

What Is an Active Workflow?

An active workflow is the number of workflows running concurrently at a given time. Flowgear pricing is based on this unit - not on the number of workflows you have built or records processed. Stored workflows are unlimited on all plans. Read more at help.flowgear.net.

Is Billing Monthly or Annual?

All Flowgear plans are billed annually at a fixed price. The annual price is fixed - no variable usage charges and no per-transaction fees. Pricing renews at the same rate each year until you choose to change plans.

Is There a Free Trial?

Yes. You can start for free at flowgear.net/free-trial-poc. The trial gives you direct access to the Flowgear platform to build and test workflows before committing to a paid plan.

Are Plans Available in All Regions?

Flowgear is available in the United States, Europe, and Africa. Plan availability may vary by region. Contact sales for regional pricing details.

When Should I Choose Enterprise Instead of Professional?

Enterprise is the right choice when you need on-premises or private cloud deployment, custom domain, static IP, VNet peering, custom firewall rules, or a Hot DR availability strategy. It is also the right path for organizations that need custom active-workflow counts beyond 45, custom log retention periods, and custom support hour allocations. Talk to Sales

Is the Integration Assessment Included in My Plan?

The assessment is included on Professional and Enterprise plans. It is available as an add-on for Base and Standard subscribers. Specific assessment pricing and packaging details are confirmed by sales during the onboarding conversation.

Your Systems Do Not Have to Run on Workarounds

Start with the free trial or start with the assessment. Both paths lead to the same place: an integration estate that runs on automation, not manual effort.

Flowgear holds SOC 2 Type II certification and runs on dedicated single-tenant infrastructure on all plans.
