Projects
Foundation first, then the rebuild it informed, then distribution channels.
Project 1
Complete
SEO/GEO audit & vendor transition
Full-site audit + FirstFound handoff laid the groundwork — everything after this builds on it.

- FirstFound Feb/Mar report closed 21 Apr; 3 newsletter blogs handed over
- Wizard Systems domains purchased; IA recommendations fed the rebuild
In meeting: Brief walkthrough of audit scope and key IA findings before opening staging.
"The audit told us what to cut, fix, and restructure — so we rebuilt."
Project 2
Close to launch

- Forms migration in progress (Rick → static site)
Centrepiece demo (~12 min): Homepage → Services → Start/Improve/Optimise → Case studies → Scorecard CTA → Newsletter signup → What's changed vs live site.

Project 4
Launched & tested
Google Ads — ScoreApp test
Launched and ran the CRM Consulting campaign (13 May – 23 Jun). Traffic landed on ScoreApp — the data tells us why we're changing route in Q3.
Executive summary
We proved we can drive paid search traffic — nearly 3,000 clicks at a workable CPC — but sending cold mobile visitors straight into a multi-step scorecard produced heavy drop-off and weak lead volume (9 completed assessments from ~3,000 ScoreApp visitors). A few genuine leads did come through, which validates demand, but the funnel isn't fit for paid search as the primary destination.
With the new site live we can spin up well-designed, keyword-matched service landing pages on mobile in days. Q3 plan: run ads to those pages instead of ScoreApp, and keep the scorecard as a qualification tool and LinkedIn lead generator where intent is already warmer.

- Strategy built, CRM Consulting campaign launched and paused with a full data set
- Demand signal confirmed — clicks and a handful of real leads — but ScoreApp isn't the right paid destination
- Q3: keyword-matched service LPs on the new site; ScoreApp stays for qualification + LinkedIn
